Your Attractive Heading
Raised in the land of mountainous Konitsa, Konstantinos Tellis came into close contact
from an early age with the beauty of agricultural production. His studies in Agronomy
followed naturally, providing scientific grounding to his lived connection with the
countryside. For ten years, his professional path was closely linked to the vineyards of
Santorini, while in recent years his activity has expanded to other islands of the
Cyclades as well.
This experience allowed him to gain firsthand knowledge of the secrets and challenges
of island viticulture. Enchanted by the distinctive terroir of Samos—where
the mountain meets the sea—he decided to invest in the island’s mountainous
vineyards, launching his own production with deep respect for the uniqueness of
the place.
Viticulturist
Raised in a place where the vine and wine are an inseparable part of everyday life, Stella Papadimitriou naturally followed the
path of Viticulture and Oenology. Her studies in Agronomy, along with a Master’s degree in Oenology, cultivated a profound
understanding of the relationship between the vine, wine, and time. After harvest seasons in New Zealand and Australia, her professional journey became closely connected with the extreme landscape of Santorini. For ten years, she worked
systematically on the vinification of Assyrtiko, learning to interpret the variety’s strength, minerality, and austere
elegance within the unique conditions of the island’s volcanic vineyard.
At the same time, her love for White Muscat became a second, equally personal axis of creation. She approaches it with sensitivity and respect, highlighting its expressive, aromatic character and natural finesse. Guided by tradition and supported by modern
expertise, she works with consistency and passion to convey in every bottle the story of the land and the uniqueness
of the varieties she serves.
Winemaker
Our dedication to the land and to sustainability lies at the heart of our
philosophy. Guided by the principles of regenerative organic farming and with deep respect for biodiversity, we care for each vineyard as a living ecosystem — balanced, vibrant, and sustainable. On the steep, mountainous slopes, where cultivation demands courage and precision, we embrace the tradition ofheroic viticulture. The revival of these forgotten hillsides is for us both a responsibility and a source of inspiration.
Our wines reflect an ongoing exploration of the terroir. By listening closely to the land and working with the least possible intervention, we seek above all to express the authentic character of the place.
This is our commitment: to protect the land, to reveal its truth, and to craft wines that speak clearly of their origin and of the
hands that shaped them.
